It's bad enough when Michelle Obama comes to town—all the streets shut down and we can't conduct a proper screaming match with a bouncer, what with all the choppers thundering overhead.

But it can be worse: The first lady can dress in colors so bright that half of Los Angeles can't see for three days afterwards, and then she can inspire someone else to throw on the same blinding colors for a stroll in an otherwise understated London...

Who wore it first?

Well, that would be FLOTUS. Mrs. Barack Obama wore her take on the outfit back in February for a "Let's Move" event in Inglewood, CA, including a bright orange Ann Taylor jacket, statement necklace, yellow tee and teal heels.

Then came the queen—at least, the queen of hip-hop and soul—Mary J. Blige, who was spotted on Tuesday in a similar ensemble, though she added brighter pumps and an Hermes belt to the mix.

So, who wore it best? You tell us!
