Brooke Mueller in Good Spirits, Says Source

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife is "doing well" after relapsing several weeks ago

In spite of her latest relapse into rehab, Brooke Mueller appears to be taking her recovery in stride.

A source told E! News, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife is "doing okay," as she continues to recover at an undisclosed facility.

While the source didn't reveal Mueller's whereabouts, we were told she is "out of town," and not rehabbing in Los Angeles.

The mother of two's camp confirmed to E! News Thursday Mueller had checked back in to rehab—the latest stint for Mueller, who has repeatedly checked in and out of various treatment facilities since her and Sheen's infamous spat in Aspen back in December 2009.
