Can't the gal catch a break?

It's been barely two weeks since Lindsay Lohan's probation ended, but the star is already embroiled in a nasty flap after a woman accused LiLo of shoving her at a nightclub.

The woman has since filed a battery complaint against Lohan, but the star's camp is speaking out to air LiLo's side of the story…

"Lindsay was at home when this supposedly happened," Lohan's rep, Steve Honig, tells E! News. "There are so many holes in this story. At this point it's not a question of 'Did it happen?' because we know it didn't."

The woman, whose name has been withheld, last week filed a battery complaint against Lohan, claiming the star shoved her after LiLo became angry when the woman began talking to Lohan's male friend.

According to reports, the incident allegedly occurred at the Standard Hotel on Sunset Boulevard last Thursday, but the battery complaint was filed on Saturday.

The West Hollywood Sheriff's Station confirms to E! News that neither Lohan nor her attorneys have come to the station to ask detectives to investigate the woman and her accusations against Lohan.
