We suppose the real news here would be if Rihanna didn't wear something revealing.

For the second time in a week, the singer was spotted in NYC sporting a see-through top.

But unlike her last skin-baring look...

This one did seem to keep her breasts kinda-sorta covered up.

Of course, the 24-year-old Barbadian beauty is certainly no stranger to showing off what the good Lord gave her.

Perhaps that explains her latest tattoo.
