Charlize Theron is now a mommy.

A rep for the actress has confirmed that the 36-year-old Oscar winner "has adopted a child."

And what might be the little bundle of joy's name?

"She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson," adds the rep.

This is the first child for Theron, who nabbed an Academy Award for 2003's Monster.
