It's been 20 years since Harrison Ford starred in the sci-fi classic Blade Runner.
Rumors have been circulating that the actor is in talks to reprise his role in the sequel to Ridley Scott's cult classic. We have no doubt that the 69-year-old could easily pick back up where Rick Deckard left off, but is he really going to?
Ford's rep tells E! News these reports are…
So false!
This past August, one of the sequel's producers, Andrew Kosove, explained why he didn't think the film would be recasting Ford.
"In no way do I speak for Ridley Scott," he told the Los Angeles Times. "But if you're asking me [whether] this movie [will] have anything to do with Harrison Ford, the answer is no. This is a total reinvention, and in my mind that means doing everything fresh, including casting."
