Brian Austin Green is done playing nice.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 star is legally going after former costar and mother of his 9-year-old child, Vanessa Marcil, for allegedly never paying back an unspecified amount that was lent to her.
Green filed the suit today in Los Angeles Superior Court, and according to the legal papers obtained by E! News, Green alleges that starting in January 2000, he began lending Marcil money.
Green's lawsuit states that the money given was not a gift and that Marcil agreed to pay it back. He states that Vanessa refused to repay the money after he demanded she do so, and he is now suing for breach of contract, breach of oral agreement and negligent misrepresentation.
Green and Marcil, who played Donna's (Tori Spelling) cousin on the original 90210, have a son together, Kassius Lijah, born March 30, 2002.
