Color us not surprised when we heard that X Factor host Steve Jonesstormed off the set of Piers Morgan Tonight. And he's not the first!

So if we're not the only ones wondering about Piers Morgan already, maybe it's time to talk about who should carry on for him? We turn to you, A.T. readers, to decide who has big enough shoes to fill the Brit's prime-time slot:

Our top candidate? Ballsy Joy Behar, who we totally love, but who could use a little help in the ratings department (though we're happy to report we hear they're improving!).

The gal is certainly outspoken, and we know this be-yotch is never afraid to tell it like it is. We think Joy could definitely do it better than Piers—she actually knows how to give an interview and would certainly give it back to the best of ‘em.

But if the dude route is more your speed, what about the infamous Howard Stern?

Trust, Stern knows how to spice up the ratings and there will never be a dull moment with him as head of the show. As long as he leaves out the womanizing antics—we're so over that (and get enough of it with Piers).

Too vulgar, perhaps? Then what about Mario Lopez?

Mario knows how to keep his cool in any situation and the dude has performed like, a gajillion interviews, which is sure to have schooled him enough for his own talk show. Heck, we're kinda surprised he hasn't already managed to nab a chatfest. Plus, he's got some mucho needed sex appeal.

But is Lopez controversial enough for a big prime-time slot? If not, what about Eva Longoria?

The Desperate Housewives star may seem like an odd choice, but the broad is young, strong-willed and très outspoken. Plus, she survived Piers' slobbering tongue when he grilled her on her (now kaput) marriage—totally proving this beauty can handle herself.

So who should it be Awful readers? Or do you have a better idea of who should knock Piers off his prime-time throne? Sound off below!
