Prepare yourselves, Supernatural fans: This might be too much of a good thing.

We know how excited you are about tonight's season premiere. As you should be—we've screened the episode and cannot wait for you to see it.

But we have another feast for your eyes—if you can handle it. Watching Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles dish on Supernatural's seventh season from their Vancouver set is a little like staring into the sun—two suns.

But for you, and at great risk to our health, we slapped on some shades and persuaded the Winchester boys to answer some of your burning Q's. Are you ready for some answers?

Supernatural Season-Seven Scoop: When Bad Things Happen to Good People

Jensen and Jared, showing off their guns in short-sleeved T-shirts (no plaid!) teased the revelations in tonight's premiere. "We learn right away what we're dealing with—but we don't know how to deal with it, so that will be a big shock to the system," Jensen said. "We also find out what happens to Cas when he opened up the door to Purgatory and what he inhaled essentially. It ain't good."

After coping with the biggest bads in Supernatural's history, we asked J-squared whether the Winchester boys will take a breather and fight some "little bads."

"I hope so," Jensen pleaded, while Jared encouraged fans to weigh in: "Send your letters and emails!" he joked.

"We do pepper in the old monster of the week," Jared revealed, including the episode they were filming during our set visit. "That's another thing about the past couple of seasons—we've had an angel on our side [to help us]. We don't have that anymore."

Aw! So what's life like on the set without notorious diva (kidding!) Misha Collins?

"Great," deadpanned Jared. "It's fantastic," added Jensen. "It's like a breath of fresh air."

"We're obviously being facetious," Jared clarified. "We miss him. He's been such a nice addition to the show for the last three seasons. I remember when we first read [Castiel's introduction], we're like, 'Angels now? What's going on? What's wrong with Supernatural?' But then we went full force into it, and now [we have to pull back out of it full force."

"It's a big loss," Jensen said about Misha's departure. "Misha was part of the family—he's still part of the family, and he's not totally gone. We don't know exactly how that's going to play out, but his character has definitely taken some big hits."

Jared offered a shred of hope for Castiel fans: "We also have a saying here that the surest way to come back is to die. So..."

OK, without Castiel cramping their style, will the brothers see a little action in the romance department?

"It's been a while for Dean," Jensen said ruefully, adding, "I think it's been a while for Sam too. The pesky little apocalypse thing kind of threw a wrench in the Winchester lady game."

Jared pointed out, "The last time I got some, I opened up the Lilith thing, so that was kinda of…oops."

"I think honestly we are [going to hookup this season]," Jared added. "We've lost so many friends in the last six years, fellow hunters and now we've lost our angel. So we're facing an unknown demon with a lack of resources, and so I think that's going to be an exciting journey for the two boys. But I do think there will be some girls involved, so we'll figure it out."

So fans, did you survive this onslaught of awesomeness? Are you psyched about the new season—or too depressed about Misha's impending departure to deal? Fly like an angel down to the comments and discuss.

Don't forget: Supernatural premieres tonight at 9 p.m. on the CW.
