That's because a certain actor, who recently played a pugilist, is asking a whopping $13,995,000 for his palatial Beverly Hills pad.
Of course, it does have seven bedrooms and sits on nearly two acres of prime land, so there's a bunch of space. (Or, should we say, a funky bunch of space?)

The Mediterranean mansion not only features 11 bathrooms and a chef's kitchen, but plenty of cool amenities.
In addition to a basketball court, putting green and pool with a waterfall, the house includes a state-of-the-art screening room as well as a huge fully equipped gym that the actor used to prepare for his role in The Fighter.
No word yet on where Wahlberg is moving his entourage brood.
