MTV; NC16 and Pregnant star Josh Smith is claiming that his teen mom lover plotted to get pregnant just so that she could land a role on MTV's trainwreck show. According to court documents, Smith filed a restraining order against Jennifer Del Rio this week, after she allegedly punched him in the face. I'm pretty sure that's the third time in less than two weeks I've heard about a teen mom allegedly going after a teen father. If she had the idea to get pregnant to be on the show, clearly, I don't think that it was a wise one. Smith claims in the documents that Del Rio is a "compulsive liar" and also that she told Smith she was already pregnant so that he wouldn't wear a condom. This guy needs to rethink his game plan when it comes to sporting protection.
