Now that Carey Mulligan has beat out some of Hollywood's hottest babes for the part of Daisy Buchanan in The Great Gatsby—easily one of T-town's most hyped films—Baz Luhrmann has released a shot from her screen test with Leonardo DiCaprio.

Do you think Mulligan has what it takes to toy with Leo's heart (onscreen)?

No offense to sex pots Blake Lively or Scarlett Johansson, but this is the kinda beauty we imagined when faux reading through Gatsby (one of America's greatest and most beloved novels) in middle school.

Carey's totally gorgeous, but not in an in-your-face kinda way. We think her chic glam and charm will easily translate to the big screen.

Plus, this shot was just for audition purposes; we have a feeling her look will evolve more as the movie moves forward.

But are you satisfied?
