Yes, Billly Ray Cyrus is getting divorced from Miley's mom, Leticia "Tish" Cyrus. Yes, he's got an achy-breaky heart. Yes, Bret Michaels publicly claimed he's not involved in this mess. But no! Billy Ray does not want to talk about it!

The country star appeared WCOL's Woody & The Wake-Up Call  radio show in Columbus, Ohio, and threw a hissy when host Woody Johnson got personal.

"I have to ask you because you are a celebrity and we've all heard," said Johnson. "Your marriage is going?"

Billy Ray's bizzaro reply?

"Oh man. You know what bud? Woody Johnson. Woody Johnson. God bless America, God bless our troops. Woody Johnson, look at you," Cyrus said.

After Johnson apologized, Billy Ray says, "Oh I ain't mad at you. Have a good day, brother."

Then, off-mic, he's heard saying "See ya' man" as he heads out the door. "It's very rude."

"I'm sorry, I had to ask," Johnson explained.

He then took to his blog to comment after the show:

"I've always liked Billy Ray Cyrus...and still do, actually, but was taken aback by his reaction to my question regarding the breakup of his marriage. I mean, it's not like it wasn't public knowledge, for crying out loud. If he shuts me down, fine. I respectfully moved on, but he did not."

Reps for both the station and Cyrus say the audio speaks for itself.

Billy Ray and Tish filed for divorce in their hometown of Nashville, citing irreconcilable differences. They were married in 1992.
