Actress and hubby Michael welcome a baby boy, their first child together

Alana de la Garza has tipped the scales of justice at 9 pounds, 3 ounces.

The former Law & Order prosecutor welcomed a baby boy last month with hubby Michael Roberts, their first child together, Latina.com reports.

Kieran Thomas Roberts arrived on Sept. 28.

"He is here! I'm in looooove!" de la Garza wrote in an email to the site.

And we're thinking she's not going to miss sitting in that second chair one bit.
