OMG, the Hole frontwoman hasn't looked this fabulous since her People vs. Larry Flynt days back in the '90s! Well, she didn't have to push the girls so far up, but except for that, Court's cleaned up beautifully in a sleek red gown and styled tresses. (Maybe she was inspired from New York Fashion Week?)
