These are just a few of the questions TV fanatics are pondering this morning as the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy nominations are announced honoring television's best and brightest.

McHale, star of NBC's Community as well as E!'s own The Soup, joins gorgeous Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara to unveil this year's batch of nominees from Los Angeles' Goldenson Theatre beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET/5:30 a.m. PT. And we've got all the action streaming live.

The Emmy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Fallon, is scheduled to air live on NBC, Aug. 29 at  L.A.'s Nokia Theatre.
