Chelsea Handler's little nugget threw out the first pitch as the Dodgers faced the Detroit Tigers. And unlike some heads of state, the saucy sidekick shows he knows how to throw a strike.

We'll leave it to someone else to make the Little League jokes, but we'll just say the guy can bring the heat.
