The 4,000-square foot digs also feature a media room, a pool, an outdoor living and dining room, dark hardwood floors and a two-story entry. It also sits on a quiet cul-de-sac and has ample privacy features to keep away the pesky paparazzi.
"She liked that it was walled and gated," an inside source tells us. "It's just sexy. It's a very, very sexy house."
And don't worry—this doesn't mean Reggie Bush won't be moving in. The Super Bowl champ was present throughout the home-buying process.
The deal is expected to close tomorrow.
