Amy Robach celebrated her 37th birthday in a big way...with a marriage to Andrew Shue

The Today Show anchor wed the 42-year-old former Melrose Place star in a ceremony Saturday afternoon in New York City, according to People.

About 120 guests including Robach's colleagues like Meredith Vieira, Ann Curry and Kathie Lee Gifford, watched the newlyweds swap vows at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, near the Hudson River.

Rather than register for wedding gifts, the couple asked guests to give them their two favorite songs, one dance and one love, which they played throughout the night, according to the mag.

The small-screen couple's love affair began when they met at a book party last April.  Just months later in September, the 90's TV heartthrob popped the question.

Just like their whirlwind romance, Robach and Shue are wasting no time kicking off their honeymoon. The husband and wife duo are planning to leave for Mexico Sunday.

This is the second marriage for both Robach and Shue, who recently divorced from actor Tim McIntosh and floral designer Jennifer Hageney, respectively.
