Heiress set to be laid to rest on the East Coast

Casey Johnson's friends have been praying that she rest in peace and this weekend, they'll get that wish.

Close friends and family members gathered at Nicky Hilton's Los Angeles home for a private memorial service yesterday, a source who attended the "beautiful" event confirms to E! News.

The Johnson & Johnson heiress, who died Monday of natural causes, according to a statement from the Los Angeles Coroner's office, is being transported to the East Coast, where she'll be laid to rest for good.

"Sunday in New York, there will be a funeral," the source says.
