Mini-Me is not some big-time stalker. That's the word from Verne Troyer's camp after learning that a woman he briefly dated has filed a restraining order against the diminutive actor.

Yvette Monet obtained the order on Oct. 1, barring Troyer from coming near her or contacting her in any way.

"I have moved on [but] he keeps emailing me, calling me and texting me awful messages like...'I hope God is with you...' Calling me names like hooker," Monet writes in a court declaration obtained by RadarOnline."He will not stop. I've asked him more than 10 times to leave me alone...He said that he won't stop because he doesn't want me to see anyone else...I'm scared."

"She's terrified of this guy who's 2-feet, 8-inches tall?" retorts Troyer attorney Ed McPherson in an interview with E! News.

"I guess you can get a restraining order against anyone when you don't give them notice. He's shocked and appalled to learn about the false and frivolous accusations that have been made by Ms. Monet," the attorney continues.

"It's beyond comprehension that a restraining order can be obtained with no notice to Mr. Troyer and no opportunity to defend himself...We look forward to responding to these allegations in court."

The 40-year-old Love Guru star has gone through his share of relationship woes the past couple of years. His ex, Renae Shrider, moved out after leaking their sex tape and prompting Troyer to file a $20 million lawsuit against her.

The restraining order will remain in place until Dec. 2, 2009, at which point it can only be extended following a hearing in front of a judge.
