It's a blockbuster potentially starring Lindsay Lohan, Audrina Patridge, Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom and Rachel Bilson. Too bad it will be playing out in the L.A. courthouse instead of a movie house.

Los Angeles police tell E! News that they have shut down a burglary ring that allegedly targeted several young Hollywood stars, stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and clothes.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department says that 19-year-old Diana Tamayo, 18-year-old Alexis Neirs, 18-year-old Courtney Ames and a man named Roy Lopez were taken into custody Thursday as part of a sting operation.

No charges have been filed yet, but the foursome is expected to be tagged with felony burglary charges. Ames and Neirs were released on $50,000 bond. (As of this writing, Lopez and Tamayo were still jailed.)

Another woman, 19-year-old Rachel J. Lee, was arrested in Clark County, Nev., on charges of possession of stolen property and voluntarily surrendered in the Lohan/Patridge case.  Bond was set at $3,000.

The suspects were all clasmates at L.A.'s Indian Hills High School with Nicholas Prugo, the 18-year-old collared last month and charged with two counts of felony burglary related to burglaries at Lohan and Patridge's places.

Sources say that Lee had an obsession with young celebrities and was the mastermind behind the crime spree, planning the hits using info gleaned from Hollywood star maps and public-appearance schedules.

While police have yet to tie all the crimes together, there has been a rash of high-profile hits dating at least back to a Hilton heist last December. Then came Patridge in Feburary, Bilson in May, Bloom in July and Lohan in August.

Lee and Tamayo were also nabbed on July 29 by police for allegedly shoplifting at a Sephora beauty store in the San Fernando Valley town of Topanga and held overnight on $1,000 bail at the Van Nuys jail.

Police would not disclose any further details of the investigation, including whether any of the valuables have been recovered.
