If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Maybe the Britster could use that for her next album title?

E! News has learned Britney Spears and ex-hubby Kevin Federline will contiue splitting time with their two young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, after a Los Angeles Superior Court judge extended the terms of their custody agreement.

The detailed order, which remains under seal, keeps intact the 50-50 custody arrangement and also guarantees K-Fed will continue to receive $20,000 a month in support if the kids are in California. That figure balloons to $25,000 a month (kinda like K-Fed's current waistline) if the pop princess takes them out out of town.

In that case, to guarantee Federline access to 4-year-old Sean and 3-year-old Jayden, the order stipulates Spears continue to provide her onetime backup dancer ex with housing wherever she is on tour, according to sources familiar with the legal arrangement.

The deal, initially agreed to before the singer embarked on her Circus trek, will last through the end of the year. The judge will likely make it permanent when he reviews the case at the end of the year.

By then, Federline expects to have dropped the extra weight he's put on by participating in the upcoming season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club along with former partner, Shar Jackson, singer Bobby Brown and erstwhile Baywatch beauty Nicole Eggert.
