Who throws birthday parties anymore? Madonna knows the real way to spice up a celebration:

Have a concert! (Or just add it in as a stop on your enormous Sticky & Sweet world tour—either way works). If you're half as beloved and world renowned as the Queen of Pop, the crowd just might break into song and serenade you on your special day.

On the eve of her 51st birthday, Poland's biggest and most fantatical Madonna fans joined together to wish the pop icon a happy birthday. The sing along then continued as the Warsaw audience sang their traditional tune, "May You Live a Hundred Years."

Madonna graciously embraced the well wishes and no doubt caused the audience to swoon after exclaiming: "I feel your love!"

Thanks to Madge, all other celeb celebrations will now feel just a little less special.
