We interviewed Cameron Diaz because we think you'll like her picks. Some of the products featured are from Cameron's brand, Avaline. Going into 2023, we should all channel our inner Cameron Diaz, who confidently declares, "I'm gonna kill it. I learned so much this year that makes me feel like next year is gonna be so much easier." The E! Holiday Guest Editor adds, "I'm going to be really on top of things and it will be good to start all over next year. Some of the goals I had for last year didn't necessarily happen, but now I can use them as goals for next year. When I get to the new year, I'm going to be ready."

Instead of setting intimidating goals, keep things accessible and realistic for your lifestyle. If you're going to drink wine, choose an organic option that you can feel good about, like Cameron and Katherine Power's brand Avaline. If you don't want to hit the gym every day, break a sweat with a clothing-optional dance party for one. If you are searching for some elaborate insights on how to stay motivated, don't bother and keep it simple and straightforward. Cameron advises, "You just gotta get sh-t done. It's your choice. Your motivation is just that it's got to get done."

And, when you need to recharge, just "Let It Go" or listen to the Frozen soundtrack, which has become a go-to for Cameron thanks to her daughter Raddix Madden.

E!: What goals do you have  in mind for 2023?
CD: Something super simple, like finishing an email in one sitting. I want to finish writing an email from beginning to end in one sitting. That would be my dream come true. I would love to sit for one minute when my brain isn't turned off. Early in the morning or really late at night, my brain hasn't started yet or it's already turned off. I need to find time during that sweet spot in between.

E!: What are some of your tips to be on top of your goals and stay motivated?
CD: You just gotta get sh-t done. It's your choice. Your motivation is just that it's got to get done. There's not much else to do other than the task at hand. There's nothing you can do other than just starting toward the goal you have in mind. That's how I look at it. There are no real tricks.

E!: A lot of people don't pair wine and wellness. I can see the connection, but I would love to hear more about it from your point of view.
CD: I mean, look, it's still wine. Wine is still alcohol. It's not like it's "good" for you," but if you are going to drink wine, you can make a smart choice with it. Katherine and I realized that we never questioned what was in the bottle. I think that was the first step for us towards understanding more about the quality of the wine and what those different ingredients mean. What's in the bottle? How was the grape farmed?

Avaline The Essentials- Red, White, and Rosé

"We wanted to know more and realized there are all these extra ingredients that can be added to wine without transparency. Transparency is major to us. We started to ask these questions we never asked before. We made a decision to drink wine that had the values that we prioritize for other decisions in our lives, from skincare to groceries to household items. Those are all products we buy based on what's in them. We know what's in them and that's how we make our choices."

E!: In January, fitness and wellness are top of mind for a lot of people. Do you have any tips for people who have those goals on the agenda?
CD: There are lot of good apps that give you a run through of a workout. I love to look up yoga and stretching videos on YouTube. I don't think enough people realize there are a lot of things you can do in a small space to just keep your body moving. A really great thing to do is to just put your headphones in, put on a playlist, and dance for like 15 minutes straight as hard as you can. Then, you just go take a shower and start your day.

E!: That's the only fitness tip I've ever been excited to try. I will take you up on that recommendation.
CD: Just get like six of your favorite songs and do a little short playlist that will make you want to move like you can't stop dancing. You don't even need to have workout clothes. You can just be naked or in your underwear and dance.

E!: What are some of the songs that are in that playlist?
CD: I admit I don't keep with the cool music these days though. I'm just in Frozen land with my daughter right now. That's all I listen to. The theme song is always stuck in my head. I've listened to it 15 times today already.

Apple AirPods Pro Wireless Earbuds

E!: Do you have a favorite pair of headphones for your dance sessions?
CD: I'm just a straight up AirPod girl. I just do the AirPods. That's all I can keep up with.

These AirPods have 5,000+ 5-star Amazon reviews.

E!: For New Year's Eve, are you more into dressing up for a night out or casually staying in?
CD: With my core group of people, we get together early, drink, hang out, and listen to music before everyone goes home before midnight. I love to have everybody over.

Avaline Sparkling Wine

"People can just come for an hour and then just leave. Everyone can have some champagne, sparkling wine, a charcuterie board."
