According to insiders, Burns will play Vanessa, the wife of Thomas Calabro's Dr. Michael Mancini, and the mother of his younger son Noah.
As you'll see for yourselves in the pilot, premiering Sept. 8, Calabro's Mancini is majorly at odds with his older son, David, who is played by Shaun Sipos and who lives in the Melrose Place apartment building with the likes of Ashlee Simpson Wentz and Katie Cassidy.
