The sixth-season premiere of Grey's Anatomy begins shooting on July 15, which casting directors are now looking for actors to play the guest roles.

One role in particular listed in the Anatomy season premiere casting call may catch fans' eyes: Producers are looking for someone to play a Catholic priest in his 60s.

Could this possibly mean that Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) are finally getting married? Or could someone be receiving last rites—like perhaps Dr. George O'Malley, since actor T.R. Knight is not returning for season six? Hmmm...

Read on to find out what else can we tell you about the season premiere:

The Grey's Anatomy season premiere episode is written by executive producer Krista Vernoff and directed by Ed Ornelas, who also directed "Elevator Love Letter," which was the episode where Derek proposed to Meredith.

Is that creative lineup any kind of clue about what we can expect from the premiere? Tell us what you think below.

And what other characters can we expect in the season premiere? The producers are also looking for an 18-year-old male patient, Andy Smith, and his mother Pam for a two-episode arc, in addition to what appears to be a few foreign gals backpacking across America who end up in the hospital.

Could this be the moment? Will MerDer finally have more than just a Post-it note signifying their marriage? And if so, could a McBaby be on the way? Hit the comments!
