It seems as though everyone has something to say since Michael Jackson passed away on Thursday.

Most things have been complimentary, sentiments meant as a tribute to the King of Pop, but nothing has been as heavy or as personal as a blog written yesterday by Jackson's ex-wife, Lisa Marie Presley, in which she states that Jackson in some ways knew this fate would befall him.

After much skepticism as to who had written the item, Presley's rep confirmed authorship to E! News, saying, "We've had a lot of press inquiries if this is really Lisa Marie Presley's blog. We are confirming it is."

Presley took to her MySpace page to rehash an eerie conversation that took place between her and Jackson 14-years ago. "Michael and I were having a deep conversation about life in general," she explains.

Remembering that it involved discussing the death of her father, Elvis Presley, she continues, "At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, 'I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did.'"

Presley claims to have attempted to deter these thoughts, but "he just shrugged his shoulders and nodded, almost matter of fact, as if to let me know he knew what he knew."

The remainder of the blog is laden with feelings of guilt—Presley referring to Jackson as "the person I failed to help"—and also more information about their strange, and widely talked-about marriage, than the public has ever received.

Explains Presley, "I am going to say now what I have never said before because I want the truth out there for once. Our relationship was not 'a sham' as is being reported in the press.

It was an unusual relationship yes...I do believe he loved me as much as he could love anyone and I loved him very much." She goes on, "I wanted to save him from the inevitable, which is what has just happened."

Not unlike recent reports, Presley states that 14-years ago Jackson's family feared for his survival as well. "His family and his loved ones also wanted to save him from this as well but didn't know how. We all worried that this would be the outcome then."

After explaining the downfall of their relationship, in which she seemed to "lose herself," Presley closes by emphasizing Jackson's insight into his demise:

"The world is in shock, but somehow he knew exactly how his fate would be played out someday, more than anyone else knew, and he was right."
