Now that she's a stable, hard-working Circus act, Britney Spears will be seeing the kids more often.

Lawyers for the pop princess and ex-hubby Kevin Federline have reached a new temporary custody agreement that gives Spears more face time with sons Jayden James and Sean Preston during the remaining dates on her summer tour.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon signed off on the deal, which gives Spears more than 50 percent of physical custody of the boys during the months of June, July and August. Details of the new arrangement, filed under seal, were first reported by TMZ.

Once the trek wraps up, the custody situation will then revert back to the usual 50-50 split.

No word if the agreement will apply to Spears' just-announced new dates in North American and Australia, which will extend her hugely successful Circus spectacular into the fall. Attorneys for Federline and Spears did not immediately respond to calls seeking comment.
