E! Jurassic Livestream Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older as of June 6, 2022. Commencing on June 6, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and continuing through June 6, 2022 at 7:30 P.M. PT ("Sweepstakes Period"). E! Entertainment Television, LLC ("Sponsor") will award three (3) prizes ("Prize(s)") in total. Each Prize will consist of two (2) Fandango promotional codes ("Codes", each a "Code").
Code is good towards the purchase of one movie ticket (up to $15 total ticket and convenience fee value) to see any movie at Fandango partner theaters in the US. Code is void if not redeemed by 12/31/23. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. One-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango's convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Code, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchased and maximum value of the Code will not be refunded. The redemption of the Code is subject to Fandango's Terms and Policies at www.fandango.com/terms-and-policies.
To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, log into your Twitter account, follow @enews if you do not already, and join the livestream available at https://twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1mrGmarrMmDGy (the "Livestream") that will begin at 7:00 P.M. PT. Then, leave a comment in the comment section of the Livestream chat during the Sweepstakes Period (the "Entry"). Content of your comment will not change your chances of winning. Entry must be submitted via a comment in the Livestream chat or Entry will not be valid. A Twitter account is required to enter the Sweepstakes. If you do not already have a Twitter account, you can go to https://www.twitter.com/ to create a free Twitter account. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Use in order to create a Twitter account. If your Twitter profile is set to the "Protect my Tweets" setting, your Entry may be disqualified and rejected as ineligible for consideration in the Sweepstakes. You must follow @enews throughout the Sweepstakes Period and for at least fifteen (15) days thereafter (for potential notification purposes) to participate in the Sweepstakes and be eligible to win. You may unfollow @enews after the fifteen (15) day notification period.

Sponsor will randomly select three (3) winners ("Winners", each a "Winner") from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Prize per family or household. Winners must respond within two (2) days of Prize notification from Sponsor. Sponsor's decisions, including, but not limited to, selection of Winners and substitution of Prizes, cannot be appealed. Estimated retail value of each Prize is thirty dollars ($30). Total ERV of all Prizes is ninety dollars ($90). Actual retail value may vary. By entering Sweepstakes, each entrant (i) agrees to the NBCUniversal Privacy Policy and (ii) agrees to indemnify, and release and hold harmless, Twitter, Sponsor and their affiliated companies, from any liability that may occur from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or use of Prizes. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prizes are the sole responsibility of Winners.
