Tank Girl officially charged with being really tanked.

Los Angeles prosecutors today rung up Lori Petty on two misdemeanors as a result of her bust for driving under the influence Saturday night.

The 45-year-old, who was arrested in Venice after allegedly hitting a skateboarder with her car, was slapped with one count each of DUI with injury and DUI with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher. She was also charged with driving without proof of insurance.

The skateboarder, whose identity has not been made public, was treated on the scene for minor injuries. Petty was not injured, but was taken into police custody and jailed for roughly five hours before being released on $100,000 bail.

While the driving without insurance infraction could set Petty back $200, the other two charges carry a considerably higher penalty for the former House guest star: If found guilty, she could face up to one year in county jail per charge along with a $1,000 fine.

Petty's arraignment has been set for June 25.
