Less than a week after Michael Jackson was dealt two new lawsuits, a new one is on the way that could put the kibosh his Final Curtain Call.

President and CEO of AllGood Entertainment, Patrick Allocco, tells E! News that in November 2008, Jackson's manager, Frank Dileo, signed an agreement and noncompete clause committing the King of Pop and the rest of the group to the long-rumored Jackson family reunion show, scheduled for July 3, 2010.

"We have a non-compete [clause]," explains Allocco.  "Prior to our show, Michael cannot perform anywhere in the world."

Allocco claims they were willing to negotiate when Jackson showed an interest in the AEG-sponsored O2 Arena concert series in London, but efforts to resolve the situation were rebuffed.

Allocco says the star is set to gain nearly $24 million for the Texas show.

For now, the group is going forward with plans to file a lawsuit against the pop star by the week's end. Dileo, AEG, and Jackson's rep were unable to be reached for comment.
