Team Octuplet has been reunited and is ready for their close-up.

Nadya Suleman personally shuttled the last of her babies home last night.

Jonah was the smallest of the litter at 1 pound 8 ounces at birth on Jan. 26, and had remained in the neonatal intensive care unit at Kaiser Permanente Bellflower Medical Center while the rest of his siblings were cleared to check out.

But a hospital rep says the two-month-old can now bottle feed and maintain weight, beefing up to 4 pounds, 10 ounces.

Suleman, who is close to landing her own reality show, managed to drive Jonah home without a police escort and the reception at her home in the suburban L.A. town of Whittier, wasn't nearly as insane as earlier trips home with the rest of the brood.
