Just when you thought the whole situation between Owen (Kevin McKidd), Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and Teddy (Kim Raver) on Grey's Anatomy couldn't get any more complicated…it does.
In the above sneak peek, Owen runs into Teddy at the hospital. She's wearing scrubs because…she's going to work at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Owen's not happy.
"This whole situation is a mess," he tells her.
"OK, let me remind me the reason I up-ended my entire life was for you," Teddy says. "So that you could be part of our baby's life."
And just a note: Maybe you shouldn't argue with your baby mama in regards the that whole situation in the same place your partner works, specifically alluding to the fact that the baby mama's timing is possibly the reason you're with somebody else…
"I'm just saying it's a crap situation, which is worse than it would've been had you been a little more up front," Owen says just as Amelia comes into earshot.

The episode, "Help, I'm Alive," also features Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) questioning Link's (Chris Carmack) approach to a patient's treatment, Maggie (Kelly McCreary) worries about Richard (James Pickens Jr.), Jackson (Jesse Williams) and Catherine (Debbie Allen) aren't dealing with Catherine's diagnosis and DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) steps up in the operating room.
