Be My Tweetheart

Now all you need to ask someone to marry you is a Twitter name

Twitter is becoming a popular place for people to propose. Apparently a few people have done it, and recently a mad named Dawson King asked his girlfriend to marry him but spiced it up with twitpic of the ring. I saw it; it wasn't that impressive. If you're going to post a photo of the engagement ring you picked out, you better make sure it's a good one. This also seems like a cheap way to get out of taking someone for a nice dinner and buying them champagne. The one thing good about this is that Twitter limits you to 140 characters or less, so people have to wrap it up pretty quickly when they ask someone to marry them. I wish some of my annoying friends had Twitter restrictions on them when they call me to tell me that they just got engaged.
