Chris Brown was supposed to start his European tour this week, but the United Kingdom blackballed him, even though he was probably born blackballed. Britain's Home Office said that they "reserve the right to refuse entry...to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offence." Obviously they like them some Rihanna. Brown took to his Twitter to apologize to his "fans." In a heartfelt statement, Brown wrote: "SORRY to all the fans in Europe!!! my tour is cancelled. Im pretty sure yall know. my entry was denied in your country." Maybe he should have been denied a high school diploma for thinking that Europe is a country.
