When it came to his performance, Royce handpicked the songs he sang. "I wanted to sing something uptempo that everyone would enjoy so I chose "Back It Up" and I also sang "Darte Un Beso" (in Spanish) which is one of my songs that has been a favorite internationally," he said before adding." I wanted to honor so many of our service men and women who have Hispanic heritage.

Out of all the performances, the star said he liked Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's best. "I loved The Rock's performance—wow can he sing! It was a huge surprise and definitely a wonderful performance."

Royce says that he hopes the troops know, "That the show was a small way for us to show the great appreciation our country and its citizens have for what they do to keep us safe and protected each and every day."

You can catch the singer and tons of celebrities tonight on Rock the Troops, December 13 at 9PM ET/PT on Spike.
