Blake Lively has a new goal: to fit into her jeans again.

The Gossip Girl star welcomed her second child with husband Ryan Reynolds in September, and based on her latest Instagram it appears Blake wants to really focus on her healthy lifestyle. Taking to the picture-sharing platform, Blake posted a photo of various meals from Epicured that had been delivered to her home.

"New Years resolution started early-- I WILL fit into my jeans again gall darnet. Thanks @getepicured for making it tasty," she wrote. "This is not an ad. This is me getting it up for healthy food."

The 100 percent gluten-free meal plan Blake subscribes to are also low FODMAP, which is a special diet that excludes tough-to-digest carbs. You don't need to be hip on diet terms to know that the actress is paying attention to everything she's ingesting!

Sample meals the delivery service offers include zucchini "spaghetti" Bolognese, tikka masala, coconut shrimp stew and other international cuisines. Lively's preference for gluten-free foods is no secret, as she favors a local coffee and lunch shop in her hometown of Pound Ridge, New York because they will cater to her gluten-free needs.

"For example, when she has the avocado toast, they make it for her on gluten-free bread," a source previously told E! News.

But should she choose to indulge on Epicured's truffle mac and cheese, she can always turn to her personal trainer, Don Saladino, for a little exercise push.

Blake has returned to working out with her trainer, but even she has her moments where she doesn't feel like giving it her all in the gym. In another photo on her Instagram, Blake decided to hide underneath box mats so her trainer wouldn't find her. "#FitnessFriday current mood. @donsaladino gives me reason to hide!....," she wrote alongside the goofy picture.

But it was her trainer who revealed the exact reason Blake tried to hide. While working out together, Blake held onto a set of pull up bars while sitting on his shoulders. Underneath her legs, however, was a heavy metal bar.

"Now you see why @blakelively was hidding [sic]," Saladino wrote, adding laughing emojis in his caption.

After Blake welcomed her first child, daughter James, she turned to Saladino to help get her in top shape for The Shallows.

"I worked out with an amazing trainer Don Saladino," she told E! News' Marc Malkin. "He kicked my butt. It was also eight months after having a baby so my body was already completely different than what it normally was. Not just aesthetically but also your muscles are different, your body, everything is just shifted and changed."

She admitted that getting back into gym mode wouldn't have been a priority if it hadn't been for her bikini-centric movie. "It was really crazy," said Blake. "But it was also nice to have that motivation because I wouldn't have done that. I wouldn't have gotten in that kind of shape.

"It was like training for a marathon, but a marathon is one day," she continued. "This was six weeks straight, six-day weeks, no lunch breaks, thirteen-hour days, four-foot waves at all times. By the time I was done with the movie...I had muscles that I had never had before."
