This Is Us made you cry (duh!) in "The Trip" when Randall (Sterling K. Brown) had a little drug-induced conversation with his dad, Jack (Milo Ventimiglia), while the past scenes between Jack and Rebecca (Mandy Moore) explored their struggle with Randall's desire to find his birth parents and have a black role model in his life. Everything came to a head when Jack took little Randall to a martial arts class and was tasked with doing push-ups with his son on his back to physically show his commitment to holding his son up his whole life.

"Jack, your back was built to carry your son through life," Ray said to Jack. "Are you willing to hold him up no matter what comes his way?"

"Yes," Jack responded.

"Show me," Ray said.

You're in tears again just reading about it, it's OK. That moment is above. But the cast took things a step further on Twitter. Oh yes, there were more push-ups.

Ventimiglia started things off by posting a video of him doing push-ups with Brown on his back. "I got you @sterlingkb1. Always brother. #ThisIsUs. MV," he tweeted.

Brown responded with his own video and said, "…And I got you, pop."

But Justin Hartley, Kevin on the NBC drama, got in on the fun too.

".@MiloVentimiglia and I got @JustinHartley too. He ain't heavy, he's my brother. #ThisIsUs," Brown tweeted.

Hartley also shared a video of him doing push-ups with Brown on his back. Proud TV dad Ventimiglia couldn't resist chiming in. ".@sterlingkb1 look how easy @justinhartley crushes these. My boys are studs. #ThisIsUs. MV," he tweeted.

This Is Us and the tears continue in the fall finale on Tuesday, Dec. 6 on NBC. The episode? "Last Christmas." The tears? They'll probably come from big Randall and old Rebecca's reunion after their Thanksgiving blow-out over the secret of his biological father that she kept from him for 36 years.

This Is Us airs Tuesdays, 9 p.m. on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
