Aubrey Plaza and Michael Cera "Almost Got Married in Vegas"

Parks and Recreation star fell for each other on a road trip after shooting Scott Pilgrim vs. the World in 2010

Aubrey Plaza and Michael Cera were the comedy couple you never even knew existed!

During an episode of RuPaul and Michelle Visage's podcast "What the Tee?" Plaza revealed that she and Cera "almost got married in Vegas" after shooting Scott Pilgrim vs. the World in 2010.

According to the Parks and Recreation star, 32, she and Cera, 28, fell for one another during a cross-country road trip and subsequently dated for "a year and a half."

RuPaul asked if some of initial attraction "was that thing where people are enclosed in a small place." Plaza quickly interjected, asking, "Oh, like animals in captivity? Everyone just wants to f--k each other?"

Nope, that wasn't it. "No, no, he's a very special—I mean, we love each other," said Plaza. "We're still really good friends. He's just a weird little freak and we speak the same language...He's one of the funniest people I know."

Isn't it nice when exes can still be friends?
