Out with the old, in with the new!

Miranda Lambert recently listed the 11,000 square-foot Tennessee mansion she once shared with ex Blake Shelton, E! News confirms. When the country singers went their separate ways in July 2015, a divorce settlement awarded the massive Nashville homestead to Lambert while Shelton keep the duo's sprawling Oklahoma ranch.

According to Variety, who was first to report the real estate news, one potential buyer has already made an offer on the listing, which boasts an asking price just under $2.6 million. The former lovebirds reportedly purchased the property in 2013 for $2.26 million.

The next lucky homeowner will be sitting pretty in the gated Brentwood community, more specifically with five impressive bedrooms and eight bathrooms to call their very own.

As for the master suite, it includes an octagonal sitting room, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and morning bar. In addition to a spiral staircase, stunning wood floors and a dining room lined by stone columns, Lambert's abode also contains an in-home movie theater, recreation room, fitness center, a tennis court and a swimming pool that backs up to a private golf course. Sold!

Miranda also shelled out $3.4 million on a 400 acre farm property that includes three separate residences, a lake with boathouse and a six-bay garage. Not only that, but the star's estate also features a pavilion with seating for 60 people.
