Sharna Burgess is stepping out of the Dancing With the Stars for at least the Halloween show. E! News has confirmed Burgess, who was James Hinchcliffe's partner, injured her knee during dress rehearsal last week. Jenna Johnson, who was originally partnered with Disney star Jake T. Austin and eliminated first, is filling in for her.

James and Sharna came close to getting a perfect score twice—for their Tango to "The Right Time" by Yves V feat. Mike James and their Rumba to "Need the Sun to Break" by James Bay.

Producers are watching how her knee will heal on a week-to-week basis to see if she'll rejoin James on the dance floor.

For the Monday, Oct. 31 show, James and Sharna were set to dance the Viennese Waltz to "You Don't Own Me" by Grace feat. G-Easy from Suicide Squad. During week eight of the competition, James and his pro partner will have to participate in a dance-off if they don't have a high enough score to receive immunity.

Injuries on Dancing With the Stars aren't rare. This season, celebrity contestants Jana Kramer and Maureen McCormick were open about their injuries. Jana suffered torn muscles in her rib cage and Maureen suffered a back injury. Both Mark Ballas and Derek Hough have had their share of injuries that have sidelined them during the competition. Additionally, Last season Jodie Sweetin injured her foot and Nyle DiMarco received stiches.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on ABC.
