Welcome back to SUR.
We're a little over one week away from the season five premiere of Vanderpump Rules on Monday, Nov. 7, and after debuting the trailer and racy key-art, E! News is exclusively debuting the Bravo hit's new opening credits sequence, and there's so much to unpack. So, so much. No. 1: Where is Lala Kent?! Yes, one of the newer SURvers is no longer a featured player in the new footage, but Stassi Schroeder is back after sitting out of season four's opening completely (aka the darkest timeline).
So go make yourself a pumptini, start blasting "Good as Gold," and get ready to break down the epic new opening, complete with .GIFs and commentary...
Jax, Stassi and Scheana: The b--ch is ba-aaack! Stassi is back where she belongs: Front and center in the show's opening credits, and she's doing it in style, rocking a rather bright (and cute) dress. Once again, Scheana's ability to balance drinks is underrated and underappreciated.
James Kennedy, Ariana and Tom Sandoval: DJ James Kennedy (aka the "white Kanye West") has traded in a record for tossing his headphones, letting us know the troublemaker is still very serious about his music career but could be in danger of throwing it all away if he doesn't start behaving. Tom and Ariana are still v. serious about their drink-making, with Tom even using pyrotechnics and possibly magic tricks. (We don't know how drinks work, we're not drink doctors.)
Katie, Tom Schwartz and Kristen: Damnnnn, newlywed bliss looks good on Katie and Schwartzy, right?! Kristen, sadly, looks a little rusty at poppin' bottles since infamously being fired from SUR.
Lisa Vanderpump: Throw her to the wolves and she shall return looking FINE AF. Slay, LVP. Slay.
The Group Shot: Interestingly enough, Lala makes an appearance in the group shot, along with Jax's GF Brittany Cartwright, who will be working as a new SURver this season. Also featured? LVP's husband and children, Ken, Pandora and Max, forever-a-manager-never-a-series-regular Peter, and Kristen's new boyfriend, Carter.
Oh, and some other people who we guess were hanging out in SUR during the shoot, but who cares when GIGGY is there?! May he live forever.
Vanderpump Rules premieres Monday, Nov. 7 at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
