Watch: Chad Johnson Returns In "Ben and Lauren" Series

Bad Chad is back.

Thought you saw the last of The Bachelorette baddie from JoJo Fletcher's season on the After the Final Rose special? Silly, silly viewers. Chad Johnson is back on our TV screens tonight, thanks to fan-favorite Bachelor couple Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell's Freeform reality series, Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? And guess what? They're going camping! Because we all know things go so well when Chad is placed in the woods with cameras. (Ah, two-on-one date memories!)

E! News' Erin Lim sat down with Ben and Lauren a few weeks ago to get all the scoop on their time with Chad, and what they really thought when they found out they would be camping with him.

"I just felt bad, because I try not to judge people based on what I see on TV and social media," Lauren said of meeting the polarizing contestant. "Upon speaking with him, I felt like he was misunderstood maybe, so I just wanted to get to know him more."

But the group won't just be roasting marshmallows over the campfire, as Ben teased that they do some "soul-searching" with Chad on their outdoor adventure. But did they find his soul?! "I think we did," Ben said, before adding, "We just wanted Chad to come and be himself and he definitely was himself!"

Also set to make appearances during the camping adventure are former Bachelor Chris Soules and Bachelor in Paradise's Grant Kemp. Spoiler alert: they all take off their shirts. Best camping trip ever!

But who else will we be seeing from Bachelor Nation this season on their show? Watch our interview with Ben and Lauren above to find out.

Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? airs tonight at 8 p.m. on Freeform.
