If this doesn't change your Monday for the better, perhaps nothing will. Girl Scout cookies are ridiculously tempting as it is, but turn them into a breakfast food (as if you weren't secretly doing this already) is taking the obsession to a whole new level. That is correct. Girl Scout cookies are now being made into a cereal, so you have every excuse to eat them at all hours of the day without judgment. General Mills confirmed the news to Thrillist, after the Instagram account @CandyHunting spotted stock photos of Thin Mints and Caramel Crunch (modeled after Caramel deLites/Samoas) cereals. Talk about an amazing find. Of course, with every tidbit of good news, comes some annoying bad news. The good news is, obviously, that this cereal is becoming a reality. The bad news is, it's not coming out until next January. It will be available throughout the nation. You excited?

While Thin Mints and Samoas are hands down the best flavors ever (not sorry), we still hope and pray that they'll come out with a few more cereal varieties as well. Like, um, where the eff is the Tagalong cereal? The Trefoils? The Do-si-dos?! How about that new S'mores flavor? C'mon Girl Scouts. Make it happen. You just can't deprive us like this. We need a cereal for every single kind, and you know it. Although, does a Trefoil cereal actually sound that good? Please advise.

According to the Girl Scout's site, cookie season is roughly 90-100 days (okay that's actually way too long, TBH) away depending on where you live. You can type in your zip code and find out the exact date they'll be in your area. We have to wonder since the cookies are only available for a limited time, will the same rules apply for these delicious breakfast miracles? Please say it isn't so. Better stock up on both as a precaution.
