Since giving birth to her second child, Blake Lively has been enjoying her private life in upstate New York with husband Ryan Reynolds. Even though she hasn't been spotted out and about in NYC or Los Angeles doesn't mean these cities aren't coming to her! E! News can exclusively reveal that one of Blake's besties, Taylor Swift, visited the parents of two last weekend.
A source tells us exclusively that the "Style" songstress traveled to Pound Ridge, New York, and spent three or four days with the couple. T. Swift also visited the couple at the hospital shortly after Blake gave birth.
Taylor has traveled upstate before for Blake's baby shower, which was held at the Bedford Post Inn. Not only was Taylor there that day, but Emily Blunt also attended the star-studded private event.
Another insider tells us that although John Krasinski didn't attend, he was on hand to pick up wife Emily at the end. The Deadpool star, however, spent a lot of time on the inn's balcony "cracking people up with jokes."
"It was a lot of fun," the insider says. Blake and Ryan gave out pajamas as party favors, but don't think that this extremely private couple gave anything away regarding the sex of their baby. The insider tells us that the décor was "festive but neutral," giving no hints as to whether they were going to have a boy or a girl.
The eight-room inn tends to be a favorite for the celebrities who visit Blake and Ryan, as The Girl on the Train star and her The Office alum hubby have stayed there at least one other time.
Although there's still no word on the sex of Blake and Ryan's second child, fans speculated that Ryan might have revealed it was a girl after a joke he made on Twitter. "The mobile above my daughter's crib is just a whole bunch of NuvaRings. So she remembers how lucky she is," he wrote on social media Thursday.
While he could've been referring to nearly two-year-old daughter James Reynolds, some wondered if she would already be in her first bed. Or, of course, it could have been one of Ryan's many jokes.
