So much for Grey's avoiding having to cover up a baby bump!

Despite Amelia's insistence all throughout tonight's episode that her late period meant she was pregnant, there is unfortunately no baby in store for the newlyweds...yet. And that means Caterina Scorsone's real-life baby bump will probably find itself hidden behind folders and operating tables and other such convenient hospital props.

Amelia spent all night convinced that she was really pregnant—and dealing with people finding out she might be pregnant—but was scared to actually take a test, or to tell Owen. Should she take the test, then tell Owen, or tell Owen, then take the test?

With some encouragement from Meredith, Amelia eventually told Owen, and then took a test, only to be disappointed. But of course, Owen and Amelia just started trying to have a kid, so anything could happen.

Hopefully, that anything happens soon because watching Owen carry around Jackson and April's baby was just adorable, and our hearts melted even further when he started going on about where to put the crib. These two will make great parents someday, whenever it happens.

Back in August, Scorsone announced that she was pregnant with her second child with her husband Rob Giles, and opened up to Entertainment Weekly about the possibility of Amelia being pregnant.

"They're definitely going to have to do some fun hiding," Scorsone said. "Super camera work and super wardrobe time...I don't think they want to burn through all of that story."

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
