Jennifer Aniston is one starlet who won't beat around the bush about her body—staying trim requires a yearlong diet commitment.

With arguably one of the most desired physiques in Hollywood, the 46-year-old veteran actress is revealing the realistic ways she stays looking long and lean. To start, she doesn't do cheat days.

"My diet's good all year round. I don't do a big reset," she dished to Yahoo! Food

Instead of assuring us all that she "totally scarfs down cheeseburgers" and that her body just naturally happens, Aniston is open about her unwavering commitment to a standard healthy diet—one that our own doctors have been describing to us for decades.

"It's pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep," she said simply.

There we have it—if we want a bod like Aniston's, we have to commit.

While you won't find her binging on beets—she admits she not a fan of the burgundy vegetable—the rest of her regimen sounds as everyday American as it could come, including a refrigerator filled with Tupperwares of raw cut up veggies, hard-boiled eggs, lettuce and chicken. Fancy.

Despite her hundreds of millions, she's a no-frills foodie and her aversion to fancy caviar proves it.

"You won't find caviar [in the kitchen]," she revealed. "Nope, you can't acquire that taste no matter how many people say that. It's just a sh--ty taste."

While it's hard to even imagine an event where she'd need to "slim down," when the special occasion does arise, she drops weight the old fashion way—by cutting back on the carbs just like the rest of us.

In fact, much like her fans, she's even tried her hand at a few fad diets in her earlier years, including the notable pre-packaged brand, Nutri-System.

"I did do Nutri-System, like, 20 years ago. That actually worked. It just happens to be astronaut food, but it still worked," she said frankly.

Whether she's cooking with her husband Justin Theroux or throwing a party, her mind is consistently focused on figure-friendly alternatives, including "skinny-style" turkey bacon pasta carbonara and vegetable lasagna.

"You have zucchini, eggplant that acts as a paste, and you layer it with different cheeses and put it in the oven," she described. "That's an easy group meal, and easy viewing party food."

While her diet regimen sounds simple, there is one benefit to being a Hollywood bombshell—owning your very own chicken coop.

"We inherited it with the property when we bought it. We have about 15 chickens in the backyard," she described. For holidays, we've received 6 or 8 baby chicks over the last two years. They're adorable...My friends' kids come over, and they can pick the eggs, too. It's a fun thing we do."

There you have it–down to picking her own eggs, Aniston's diet is as frill-free as it can get.
