Lauren Conrad Dyes Her Hair Red, Is Now Twinning With Her Hairstylist

The former star of The Hills debuted her new look a day after revealing the cover of her new look and a day after her former co-star Audrina Patridge made a surprise announcement of her own

Look at Lauren Conrad's hair...isn't it neat?

The 29-year-old fashion designer, author and former star of MTV's The Hills has had her long, wavy hair dyed red, channeling Ariel, the Little Mermaid. Conrad posted a photo of her new 'do on her Instagram page on Saturday. She is picture alongside her hairstylist and colorist Kristin Ess, who sports the same hairstyle and hair color.

"Clearly, I'm obsessed with @kristin_ess..." Conrad wrote.

The former reality star has changed her hair color several times over the years, going from dark blond to pink to blond again, back to pink, then platinum blond, and debuted a bob hairstyle in late 2014.

Conrad debuted her new look a day after she revealed the cover of her new party planning book, Celebrate, which goes on sale on March 29.

Conrad also debuted her new 'do a day after her former The Hills co-star, Audrina Patridge, made a surprise announcement of her own: She's pregnant with her and fiancé Corey Bohan's first child.
