Melanie Chisolm aka Mel C aka Sporty Spice has still got it.

The singer and former Spice Girls member stopped by the Chris Evans Breakfast Show at the BBC and treated us with an amazing performance of the girl group's track "Too Much." Giving the single an acoustic twist and conquering the vocals all by herself, Mel C absolutely killed it and proved that time hasn't affected anything because she instantly took us back to 1997.

How's that for a nostalgic trip down memory lane on this fine Wednesday?

Spice Girl fans have long been hoping for a reunion tour from the ladies, and there have been rumors that our dreams just might come true.

Backstreet Boys' AJ McLean recently told Rolling Stone that the boyband has been flirting with the idea of touring with the girl group for a while now. "The Spice Girls tour has been this idea bouncing around for the past year and a half, and it's something we're still talking about," he said.

And then Nick Carter dropped a nudge to Melanie Brown (Mel B., obvs) on Twitter, writing, "What do you say @OfficialMelB #backstreetboysspidegirlstour could be epic!"

AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell on the same stage as Scary Spice, Sporty Spice, Baby Spice, Ginger Spice and Posh Spice?! Count us in!

But for now, we'll just enjoy the sweet sounds of Mel C serenading us to the songs we've loved for so long.
